Readers, researchers and brands may submit factual corrections. We verify each material change against the strongest available source and record the review date.
Our commitments
- Corrections do not guarantee removal of accurate criticism.
- Commercial pressure does not control editorial conclusions.
- Material corrections are noted on the affected page.
How to request a correction
Send the page URL, exact statement, proposed correction and strongest available source to the contact address. Do not send personal medical information.
How we respond
We review the source, preserve the original context and distinguish factual error from disagreement or changed evidence. Material corrections receive a visible note and a new review date; minor typographic fixes may not.
Commercial requests
A brand may supply evidence, but cannot require removal of accurate criticism, purchase a change or control the wording of our conclusion.
Effective date: September 1, 2026. Review cycle: at least annually or after a material policy change.
